12  But when he was accused 3 And  4 And Pilate said
  by the chief priests and elders,   the chief priests   to the chief priests
  he made no answer.   accused him of many things.    
          and the multitudes,
          "I find no crime in this man."
          But they were urgent, saying,
          "He stirs up the people,
          teaching throughout all Judea,
          from Galilee even to this place."
13 Then Pilate <says> to him, 4 And Pilate again asked him,    
      "Have you no answer    
      to make?    
  "Do you not hear   See    
  how many things   how many charges    
  they testify against you?"   they bring against you."     
14 But 5 But    
  he gave him no answer,   Jesus made no further answer,    
  not even to a single charge;        
  so that the governor wondered   so that Pilate wondered.    
  greatly.
