35	JESUS CLEANSES a LEPER
Matt 8		Mark 1		Luke 5
1	When he came down			12	While he was
	from the mountain,				in one of the cities,
	great crowds followed him;

					full of leprosy;
			beseeching him,		and when he saw Jesus,

		45	But	15	But so much the more
			he went out		the report went abroad
			and began to talk freely
			about it,		concerning him;
			and to spread the news,		and great multitudes gathered
					to hear
					and to be healed
					of their infirmities.
			so that Jesus could	16	But he withdrew
			no longer
			openly enter a town,
			but was out
			in the country;		to the wilderness
			and people came to him		and prayed.
