    SHEEP  without a  SHEPHERD
62 Matt 9 132 Mark 6   Luke
32 And they went away in the boat
to a lonely place by themselves.
33 Now many saw them going,
      and knew them,
and they ran there on foot
      from all the towns,
and got there ahead of them.
35* And Jesus went
about all the cities and villages,
  teaching in their synagogues
  and preaching the gospel
  of the kingdom
  and healing every disease
  and every infirmity.
    34 As he went ashore
36 When he saw the crowds,   he saw a great throng,
he had compassion for them,   and he had compassion on them,
because they were harassed   because they were
  and helpless,
  like sheep without a shepherd   like sheep without a shepherd;
and he began to teach them
      many things.

*Note: Matt 9:35 is almost a verbatim repetition of Matt 4:23.
