His disciples said to him,
      when the kingdom of God was coming,   "When will the kingdom come?"
      he answered them,    


"The kingdom of God is not coming


"It will not come
      with signs to be observed;   by watching for it.


nor will they say


It will not be said,
      'Lo, here it is!' or 'There!'     'Behold, here!' or 'Behold, there!'
      for behold, 


      the kingdom of God is   the kingdom of the Father is
      in the midst of you."    spread out upon the earth,
          and people do not see it."
